BIOMEDICAL INSTRUMENTATION TRAINER--SB-B10

01. SYSTEM OVERVIEW: The SB-B10-2 is a biomedical instrumentation trainer from SB-TEK built around controller with a full GPIO breakout, an integrated display unit, and seven dedicated physiological-signal modules — giving students hands-on practice acquiring and interpreting real vital-sign data rather than working from simulated waveforms. Electrocardiogram (ECG) and electromyography (EMG) sensor boards sit alongside dedicated oxygen-saturation, infrared-thermometer, blood-pressure (hypertension), heart-rate-pulse, and galvanic-skin-response modules, each broken out to color-coded 4mm terminals for fast, mistake-resistant wiring. A separate I2C-style Analog Unit and the full General-Purpose Input/Output Unit (GPIO breakout with UART and power rails) let students extend the platform with their own sensors and firmware. The trainer ships in a protective carrying case together with a blood-pressure cuff, color-coded test leads, ECG electrode clips, sensor probes, and connector cables
